Tenting

1. Tent size: What dimensions do you need for your tent?
2. Tent location: Where will the tent be installed within the venue?
3. Walls: Do you need walls for your tent? If so, how many?
4. Water access: Is there water access available at the venue?
5. Permit requirement: Will your tent exceed 400 square feet, requiring a permit?
6. Duration: How long will you need the tent for?

room providing the perfect backdrop.
Disco ball 16": Our mirror balls can rotate and reflect beautiful lighting when a spotlight

Staging

Having a stage can be a crucial element for any event, be it a wedding,
gala, concert, auction, fashion show or a presentation. At
Chairs4Events, we have stage panels that can cater to your staging
requirements. Just let us know the size you need and we will provide you

Comes in 4ft.x4ft. panels which have availability in sizes such as 4x8, 4x12, 8x8, 8x12, 8x16, 12x12,
12x16, 12x20, 16x16, 16x20, 20x20 & more. Stage height can be up to 36" high from ground level,
height over, requires a rail installation. We add skirting, astro turf and steps for a unified look. Custom
changes/additions may be made but are subject to availability! Contact us for more info.
Dance Floor
PUT ON YOUR DANCING SHOES!
We offer 3ft x 3ft increment flooring in various finishes and sizes,
including installation (except for the checkered dance floor). Our sturdy
dance floors are perfect for indoor or outdoor events on sand or grass.

When selecting the right size for a dance floor,
consider the following factors:
Venue space: Measure the available area in your
venue. Ensure the dance floor fits comfortably
without overcrowding other elements like tables
or seating.
Guest count: Estimate the number of guests who
will dance simultaneously. A general rule is to
allocate 2-4 square feet per person.
Comes in 3ft.x3ft. panels which have availability in colors such as walnut wood, oak wood and black and
white checkered. To protect dance floors we must keep them away from water and moisture, avoid prolonged
exposure to direct sunlight. Do not place them on grass for long periods, do not install dance floors on
uneven ground.
Draping
