Refund Policy

Damage or Missing Items

Customer is responsible and agrees to pay for any missing or damaged rental
items. It is the customer responsibility to notify Chairs4Events upon delivery of any missing or damaged items.

Cancellations/Refunds

All cancellations should be made 1 week before the agreed contract date. To postpone the event date we must receive a notice within 3 business days of the contract date agreed upon, no refunds will be made on postponed contracts. 75% restocking fee will apply on cancellations within 2 business days. 100% restocking fee will apply on cancellations within 1 business day. No refunds will be made on "outsource/sub-rentend” items, custom made items (this includes some items on our Rustic Collection), special requests or "Specialty" linens. Refunds will not be granted on any rentals once they have left our premises or unused rental items. Please note that if you are canceling your order and credit card or debit card provided has been charged, a 5% fee applies.
