Base Rental

The Base Rental rate covers a rental period of 48-72 hours. If you require a longer rental period, please note that additional fees may apply. Please be aware that the prices mentioned are subject to change without prior notice.

Booking

Completion of our contract and credit card form is required to reserve inventory for your event with the balance due three (3) days before delivery date, customer will call or installation. When you are ready to confirm, let us know and we will send you a secure link to review and sign the rental contracts via Adobe Sign. We do require that you confirm your contracts electronically as soon as possible.

Important to note

Quotes do not guarantee availability of rental equipment. Quote prices are based on current availability of inventory and are subject to change.
Setup and teardown is an additional cost.
Exact Time, Night Pick-up, Long Carry, Stairs, Difficult Delivery etc; may be applicable and under the driver's discretion to decide.
Orders exceeding $1000 have a 50% deposit requirement to reserve.
Final adjustments must be made 3 days before the delivery date.
Cancellations must be done 7 business days before delivery date.
Delivery charges are based on a combination of distance as well as the time windows for our arrival or pickup.
We require delivery and pickup details: on-site contacts, delivery and pick-up info, parking and drop-off locations etc. For set-up and breakdown services, provide a site diagram or map layout in advance.
